The rich color was obtained by using skin soothing pink clay, rosehip powder and and sandalwood powder for a bit of exfoilating action. These are chunky 4-5 oz. bars. Handcut, and wrapped with handmade papers, fully labeled.
Note: Many people will not use Rosewood because they believe that harvesting the wood denudes the rain forest. I have been told that the Brazilian government now requires that one new Rosewood tree be planted for every mature tree that is harvested, to protect the future of the rain forest. The oil used to make this soap has been distilled from a plantation that reforests.
