Finally out of the forest.. and just in the nick of time! Meet "Moss" the Woodland Elf!
He's an elf, a forest dweller, herb gatherer, and friend to all forest creatures. He's a bit shy, and really didn't want to pose for the pictures, but he's anxious for a home.
Moss is a handcrafted muslin doll. His face is handsculpted and painted. He's been "distressed" with various paints and a tea stain to give him a primitive appearance.
Moss comes with his own handstitched leather medicine bag/gathering pouch stuffed with (what else?) reindeer moss and his own little grocery list for items he's on the look-out for during his foraging. He even sports a vintage tree bark belt buckle!
Moss measures approx. 2 ft. tall, from the top of his woodland "dreads" to the tips of his floppy felt slippers.
Please note that Moss is a handcrafted doll, intended for display. He can be gently played with, but small parts could pose a choking hazard.
Moss can sit up with some propping, unless he's been swilling some of that woodland brew he makes on occasion... but we'll let that one slide for now.
Moss is quite the unique doll.. his emerald eyes will cast a spell on you for sure :)
